Malnourishment 'has huge impact' - Sarah Rochira

Many care homes leave elderly residents "malnourished" because not enough thought is given to their meals, says Wales' older people's commissioner.

Sarah Rochira told BBC Wales the situation was "unacceptable" after her review of 100 care homes.

She called for an increased focus on providing nutritionally balanced meals and choice for vulnerable people.
