Hard decisions needed now - NHS Confederation Wales

The new head of the body representing health boards in Wales says hard decisions about the future of the NHS need to be taken now.

Vanessa Young, director of the NHS Confederation in Wales, wants a "shift in focus" with resources moving from hospitals to the community.

She told BBC Wales health correspondent Owain Clarke she wants the incoming Welsh Government to set out a "10-year vision".
