Cardiff Queen Street deaths: 'Two lives gone'

A 20-year-old man has been arrested after two people were found dead on a main street in Cardiff.

The bodies of a man and a woman were discovered on Queen Street at about 05:50 BST on Wednesday.

South Wales Police said a man from Newport was in custody in connection with their deaths and officers were not looking for anyone else.

People in the area spoke of their shock.
