Flintshire teacher caught up in Manchester terror attack
A teacher from Flintshire has described the moment she heard a suicide bomb blast as she waited outside the Manchester Arena.
The attack happened at 22:33 BST on Monday following a pop concert by the US singer Ariana Grande.
Police have set up an emergency telephone number in response to the attack: 0161 856 9400.
Vanessa Brown, from Buckley, said she was waiting for her daughter Emily, 12, and 18-year-old nephew Ben when she heard the bomb go off.
