Second homes: Empty homes over winter creating 'ghost towns'
The Welsh government has promised £11m to help tackle issues caused by second homes.
The funds would be used to buy and refurbish homes in the most affected parts of Wales.
However, Welsh language campaign group Dyfodol i'r Iaith said the government was offering a "paltry solution" to the crisis.
BBC Wales asked the people in Pwllheli, Gwynedd, what their thoughts were on second homes.
