Welsh language: Parentese - are you fluent in baby talk?
Parentese is a way of talking that is more interesting to children.
For the first time, it is being developed in the Welsh language.
It asks parents to talk more slowly and use the most simple words for very young children.
But it doesn't just help children to understand - it's also helping parents to learn Welsh.
