Glan Clwyd Hospital: 'Not good enough to say lessons learned'
The first minister has said he expects health officials to take disciplinary action against those responsible for poor care in a mental health unit at a Denbighshire hospital.
Carwyn Jones was responding to questions from assembly members about a damning report on treatment at the Tawel Fan ward at Glan Clwyd Hospital, which said it amounted to "institutional abuse".
Mr Jones said families of the patients involved expected Betsi Cadwaladr health board to take action, saying it was not good enough "simply to say lessons have been learned".
