Queen's Baton Relay: 'Marathon queen' of Lesotho

Lesotho's Olympic and Commonwealth marathon runner Mamorallo Tjoka hopes her country's landscape can lead to medal success at the games in Glasgow this summer.

Tjoke finished runner-up in the Edinburgh marathon in May 2012 and has won South Africa's Soweto marathon five times.

Lesotho is a landlocked nation surrounded by South Africa that sits at an altitude in excess of 1,000m (3,200ft) above sea level.

Tjoke's coach Kenneth Hlasa believes this unique aspect can help the country become a high altitude training base for long distance runners from around the world.

Reporter Mark Beaumont, who is travelling with the Queen's Baton Relay, met Tjoka and her coach during the baton's short stay in the country.
