Queen's Baton Relay: St Helena shooter excited for Games
Competing in the Commonwealth Games is an exciting prospect for Madolyn Andrews as the competition provides a rare opportunity to take a trip overseas.
The 18-year-old, who lives in Jamestown on the remote island of St Helena, will form part of the shooting team at the Games in Glasgow this summer.
Madolyn only started shooting a year and a half ago after she was told she had a natural talent for the sport.
The Queen's Baton Relay arrived on the island aboard one of the last working Royal Mail ships in the world, RMS St. Helena. The ship is due to be decommissioned in 2016 following the construction of a new airport.
