Libyans in Tripoli 'ready to die for Gaddafi'

The Libyan government today declared a ceasefire in response to last night's UN resolution authorising a no fly zone and air strikes on Gadaafi's forces.

Libya's Foreign Minister went on national television to say that all military operations would end with immediate effect.

Tonight, President Obama said Colonel Gadaffi had to stop all attacks and pull back his troops from rebel-held towns and cities.
