Libya crisis: Misrata poses 'cruel dilemma'
The international community faces a "cruel dilemma" in its efforts to help civilians in the Libyan city of Misrata, according to the co-founder of aid organisation Medecins Sans Frontieres.
Speaking to the BBC, Bernard Kouchner said he believed it necessary to have foreign forces on the ground in Libya in order to provide humanitarian assistance.
Mr Kouchner, a former French foreign minister, called on the UK and France not to stand back and "betray" people in the city, which is under siege by forces loyal to Libyan leader Col Gaddafi.
