Jibril: Libya 'a model for the Arab Spring'

Libya's acting Prime Minister, Mahmoud Jibril, has called Libya a model for the Arab Spring.

Speaking to Hardtalk's Stephen Sackur, Mr Jibril nevertheless acknowledged that the country faced a long road ahead.

He also explained why he plans to step down once liberation is announced.
