Mogadishu 'slowly coming back to life'

World leaders have urged Somalis to seize an "unprecedented opportunity" to rebuild their nation, at a gathering in London on the war-torn nation's future.

Somalia has endured more than two decades of civil war and famine.

The militant Islamist group, al-Shabab, has recently been forced out of Somalia's capital, Mogadishu.

The BBC's Andrew Harding has visited the city, and says that although there are significant challenges remaining, the city is "slowly coming back to life".
