Africa's visionary painter at Tate Modern

London's Tate Modern is presenting a major retrospective of the Sudanese painter Ibrahim El-Salahi, considered one of the most important exponents of African and Arab Modernism.

The exhibition, called Ibrahim El-Salahi: A Visionary Modernist, was by the Museum for African Art in New York in collaboration with the Tate Modern.
