Nigeria Boko Haram: What really happened in Baga attack

It has been difficult establishing what happened in last week's attack by Boko Haram on the north-east Nigerian town of Baga.

Some 620 buildings were damaged or completely destroyed by fire. Local officials said up to 2,000 people had died in the attack.

The Nigerian government has put the number of those killed at only about 150 people.

The BBC is faced with the challenge of trying to piece together the details so we can provide the most accurate picture of what really happened, as Will Ross explains.
