MSF: 'We need to know what happened'

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) say they "need to know what happened", after a US aircraft attacked an MSF clinic in the Afghan city of Kunduz.

A US military inquiry said it was down to human error. The investigation found that the crew of the AC-130 gunship mistook the clinic for a nearby government building that had been seized by Taliban.

At least 30 civilians were killed in the 3 October attack.

The International President of MSF, Joanne Liu, says the charity fears that an attack like this could happen again.
