Russians cheer as they exit North Korea on hand-pushed trolley

A group of Russian diplomats and their families made an unusual exit out of North Korea on a hand-pushed rail trolley due to strict Covid measures.

A clip released by the Russian Foreign Ministry showed them cheering as they crossed a railway bridge into Russia.
