China reporter 'confesses' to taking bribes for stories
A Chinese journalist has confessed on state television that he accepted bribes for fabricating stories about a construction company he accused of fraud.
Chen Yongzhou wrote several articles for the Guangdong-based New Express newspaper alleging financial irregularities at a construction-equipment company called Zoomlion.
Mr Chen said he had been "lured by benefits" to violate journalistic ethics.
