Norway prepares for Anders Behring Breivik trial

Anders Behring Breivik, who admits carrying out mass killings in Norway, is to go on trial in the capital Oslo

The far-right extremist, who is currently in jail, is accused of killing eight people with a bomb in Oslo and shooting dead 69 on Utoeya island.
