Greek election: Syriza seeks anti-austerity coalition

The leader of Greece's left-wing Syriza bloc has begun attempts to assemble a coalition government, after parties backing an international bailout deal failed in their efforts.

Alexis Tsipras wants to put together a cabinet that will reject austerity measures imposed as part of the EU economic plans, but analysts suggest he is unlikely to succeed.
