Russia's Putin says Ukraine in 'full-scale civil war'

Russia's President Putin has said he believed Ukraine had descended into "full-scale civil war".

Speaking at an economic conference in St Petersburg on Friday, Vladimir Putin also said the problems had emerged "due to lack of trust".
