Hungary builds border fence to control migrant numbers

There has been a sharp rise in the number of migrants trying to enter Hungary.

The government has said that more than 1500 illegal migrants enter the country every day.

In response to this Hungarian authorities have built a four-metre (13ft) fence stretching the 175km (109-mile) Hungary-Serbian border.

The BBC's Nick Thorpe reports.
