Quotas proposed as refugees continue to arrive in Europe
The President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, has called for compulsory quotas to be introduced to relocate 160,000 refugees who have entered Europe.
Under the plans each nation will take a set number of refugees, depending on their wealth and population.
Germany, France and Spain will relocate the majority. The UK is not part of the scheme.
