PM 'will push' for EU benefits changes

Downing Street has insisted the prime minister will continue to push for EU migrants to have to wait four years before they can claim in-work benefits.

There had been reports suggesting David Cameron may be flexible on the issue when he attends a European summit on Thursday.

Mr Cameron is facing criticism of his plans from both the right and the left.
