Haiti faces dilemma as global food prices soar

Since the devastating earthquake in Haiti just over a year ago, people have been reliant on food hand-outs from aid agencies.

But as the aid operation is scaled back and global food prices soar, Haitians are now struggling to pay for staples, most of which are imported.
