Farmers ask for help after severe drought in Northern Mexico

Hundreds of farmers and Tarahumara Indians have marched from the northern state of Chihuahua to Mexico City to draw attention to a severe drought that has ravaged their crops.

They are calling for action from the government to see off a farming crisis and help combat famine and disease.

The Secretary of Social Development says this has been the worst drought Mexico has seen in 71 years.
