Red Cross 'treating people in Homs'

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said it is helping people in Homs, Syria, but still cannot get into Baba Amr.

ICRC spokesperson Carla Haddad Mardini spoke to the BBC's Huw Edwards via Skype from Geneva, Switzerland.
