Baroness Amos 'devastated' by Homs visit

The United Nations humanitarian chief, Valerie Amos, has told journalists she was "devastated" by what she saw in Baba Amr.

Surrounded by Syrian officials, she spoke only briefly as she emerged from talks with the minister of education in Damascus.
