Mortar rounds 'every minute' in Homs

Syrian government forces have renewed their attack on the city of Homs as international mediator Kofi Annan says civilians are trapped there.

BBC Middle East bureau editor Paul Danahar has been watching developments from the UN's nearby headquarters.

He said mortar rounds had been landing in the old city of Homs all day, at a rate of about one a minute.
