Iraq violence: 'I lost all three sons in bombings'

Sectarian violence has surged across Iraq this year. More than 8,000 people have been killed since January, the highest annual toll since 2008.

It has fuelled concerns that the Sunni Shia divide could bring even greater long term instability to the Middle East.
