John Kerry: 'Shared determination to beat IS'

US Secretary of State John Kerry has said there is a "shared determination to degrade and defeat" Islamic State in the Middle East.

Mr Kerry was speaking in Brussels, at high-level meeting of members of an international coalition established to tackle the militant group.
