Zhang Xin is a self made billionaire and the chief executive of one of China's biggest property development companies, Soho China.

She also has more than six million followers on the Chinese version of twitter, Sina Weibo. How important a tool could it be towards China becoming more democratic?

Zhang Xin talks to Gavin Esler.
