Pakistan floods: Hyderabad largely at a standstill

More than two million people in Pakistan are suffering from flood-related diseases following torrential rain in Sindh province, officials say.

Aid agencies estimate that six million people have been affected by the floods and cases of malaria and diarrhoea are thought to be on the rise.

Rural areas - where hundreds of villages have been swamped - are of greatest concern, but urban centres have also been hard hit.

Aleem Maqbool reports from the area's second largest city, Hyderabad, where buildings and streets are submerged after days of heavy rain.
