Obama announces US plan to tackle Ebola outbreak
President Obama has announced America's plan to combat the Ebola outbreak in west Africa.
Mr Obama has described the virus as a threat to global security - and he is sending 3,000 US troops to the region to help.
In an attempt to speed up treatment - a co-ordination centre is going to be set up in Senegal - and personnel will be deployed to new field hospitals in Liberia.
