Obama: US must 'confront twisted ideologies' of terrorists

President Obama has told a conference against violent extremism in Washington that they are at war, not with Islam, but with the terrorists who have perverted Islam.

He said the world had to confront the twisted ideologies that groups like Islamic State use to inspire violence.
