Donald Trump: I don't wear a toupee

Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump has hit back at accusations he wears a toupee.

He invited one of his supporters at a rally in Greenville, South Carolina, to come on stage and examine his hair and then declare to those gathered that it was real.
