Hillary Clinton tells Iowa she was breathing a 'sigh of relief'

Democratic Party contender Hillary Clinton has told her supporters in Iowa she was breathing a big sigh of relief after provisional results gave her the narrowest of victories over Bernie Sanders.

The senator from Vermont said he was in a virtual tie with the former secretary of state.
