Ukrainian President Zelensky invokes 9/11 attack in speech to Congress
Ukrainian President Zelensky's addressed Congress via video link on Wednesday, appealing to US lawmakers for more military aid and tougher economic sanctions on Russia.
He also compared the Russian bombing of Ukrainian cities to Pearl Harbour and 9/11.
