US and allies sink mock enemy ship in military drill
US and Philippine forces, supported by Australian air surveillance teams, sank a mock enemy warship in the South China Sea. More than 16,000 military personnel from the three countries took part in the series of drills, which included a scenario of a foreign invasion in the Philippines.
