Autumn Statement: Views of union and estate agents

Chancellor George Osborne has delivered his Autumn Statement and said the UK was growing faster than any other major economy thanks to his policies - but he warned of "more difficult decisions" to come.

But how has his economic plan been received?

Kevin Nelson from the public sector union Unison told the BBC's Susannah Streeter he was very concerned.

"Britain needs a pay rise... People here in the North West have struggled to live within limited means," he said.

While Mark Heywood from the National Association of Estate Agents said he had been hoping for a stamp duty reduction and the impact of making non-residents pay capital gains tax would be "minimal".
