When your dad is also your boss.

What's it like for a daughter when the man you call "dad", is also your boss at work?

That's a situation encountered by Smruti Sriram, of reusable shopping bag company, Supreme Creations.

She joined the business founded by her father Sri Ram six years ago, and they continue to work alongside each other. Today her father is chairman and she is chief executive.
