Counting has now started in Witney.
Originally, we were expecting a declaration between 04:00 BST and 04:30 BST and the returning officer has just informed us the turnout is 73.3%, exactly the same as in 2010.
Conservative Andrew Turner's majority in the Isle of Wight has increased by 3,176.
UKIP's Iain McKie came second with 14,888 and the Green's Vix Lowthion was third with 9,404.

In practice, the swing is only three points to Labour, while the Liberal Democrat vote is down by 23 points.
