One of the men wrongly convicted for the Birmingham pub bombings in 1974 is having his life story depicted in a play.
Paddy Hill, who as one of the Birmingham Six spent 16 years in prison, said he was fascinated by the production called "I confess", which is being worked on at the Citizens Theatre in Glasgow.
The title is intended as black humour because Mr Hill has always protested his innocence.
The Birmingham Six were were freed by the Court of Appeal in 1991 after their convictions were ruled unsafe.
Inquests into the 21 people who died are due to resume next year.
An exhibition about how the Battle of the Somme influenced J.R.R Tolkien’s novels has opened at Lichfield Library today.
It is one of a number of events taking place to mark 100 years since the battle, which saw 146,000 soldiers killed and more than 200,000 injured.
Tolkien served in the Great War and was evacuated to Great Haywood after three months on the Somme’s front lines.

The family of a former footballer who died after being shot with a Taser by police said his death has caused "agony and frustration".
Dalian Atkinson, who played for Aston Villa, died aged 48 in August following the incident in Telford, Shropshire.
His funeral will be held on Saturday.
