A world record attempt for the most signatures on a greetings card is taking place in Birmingham today.
The giant Christmas card has come from the National Memorial Arboretum near Lichfield, external and was designed by a firm based in Tamworth.
It will be on display at the BBC offices in the Mailbox, Birmingham. The current record is almost 13,300 signatures but this card has enough space for almost 21,000.

Sir Lenny Henry made his first speech as the new Chancellor of Birmingham City University last night.
The Dudley born actor, writer and charitable campaigner will serve for five years in the role.
In his speech he reflected on his West Midlands roots, diversity in the creative arts and was emotional as he thanked the university for the opportunity.
Two cyclists have received treatment for head injuries and been taken to hospital after they collided yesterday.
It happened in Walsall at the junction of Mouse Hill and Foundry Lane in Pelsall.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman, external said the men were "both conscious, although at a reduced level".
Both men were treated for a head injury, one of whom was in a more serious condition than the other.

We've been discussing commuters' frustrations with train operator London Midland.
It was after a listener contacted my show to say she was forced to wait three hours for a train from Birmingham city centre to Bournville last week.
We spoke to some other commuters who has this to say: "Generally I manage to get a seat that's coming in, going home at this time (rush hour) it is very busy and overcrowded."
"It's frustrating that they are cancelled at short notice."
The rail firm says extra drivers will be based at Northampton.

Her debut novel My Name is Leon has been named in the category for debut novel.
The winners of each category will be announced on 3 January 2017 and will receive £5,000 before one overall winner is declared the Costa Book of the Year.
Police in Leamington are trying, external to trace a 16-year-old boy who hasn't been seen for 2 weeks.
Ahmed Hamed was last spotted in the town's Brunswick Street area at around 10:30 on 9 November.
He is believed to have links to Birmingham and London.

Laura Mvula has a new role - composing music for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
The singer-songwriter, 30, from Birmingham, will write the music for Antony And Cleopatra, directed by Iqbal Khan, composing for a professional theatre production for the first time.
The RSC announced composers for its spring/summer season, saying that they "will write the music for some of Shakespeare's most political and bloody plays, set in and around ancient Rome".
Mira Calix will pen the music for Julius Caesar while Tim Sutton will compose the music for Titus Andronicus.
A few spots of drizzle and some misty patches are likely first thing this morning, ahead of a mainly dry but cloudy day.

The daughter of a man whose killer has not been found eight years after a street attack says the family needs "justice".
It comes as West Midlands Police releases previously unseen images of David Weaver's last known movements.
He was at a pub in Erdington, Birmingham, where a fight broke out and spilled onto the street. He is seen in the venue's entrance before going outside where he was found with severe head injuries that hospitalised him for five months before he died aged 45.
Daughter Toni said: "We all need justice for my dad and for the six months he suffered, my heart was breaking seeing him every day, knowing he would never be the same, and he never was, because he never survived.
"He gave a real battle for six months, he never lived a normal life again, he suffered so much, never spoke or got out of his hospital bed, never ate, basically lived in bed - brain damaged."

When Charlie Fogarty was 15, he dreamed of Premiership football stardom. But when the talented young sportsman was hit by a bus, his life changed in a split second.
He was treated at Birmingham Children's Hospital's major trauma centre, where staff see more than 70 cases of serious injury from road traffic collisions each year.
They're now so concerned about the number of cases, they're taking their safety message into schools.
