    Frosty start for many with some dense fog in places. The fog will be slow to clear, lifting to low cloud and leaving a largely dull day. 

    Sunshine is likely to be at a premium but it will stay dry - highs of 4C (39F).

    A year after a house in Wolverhampton was completely destroyed in a gas explosion, a neighbour of the site says he's still unable to move back home. 

    Daljit Uppal lost a side of his house in the blast that damaged surrounding properties in Penn and left a pensioner with serious injuries.
