A neighbour of a woman killed in a stabbing at her Stourbridge home that also left her husband in a critical condition says he "heard some commotion" on the street but put it down to schoolchildren.
The couple have been named locally as Tracey and Peter Wilkinson and Colin Giles told me: "It's devastating. I've met them. He was a lovely fella and so was his wife. A lovely couple."
Quote MessageI heard a bit of commotion this morning at about 08:00 but this road is a busy road. You get kids going to school, shouting and balling and a lot of cyclists. This commotion only went on for about 30 seconds and it stopped."
