A drugs gang had more than 800 customer contacts on its "hotline", allowing it to get heroin and cocaine worth hundreds of thousands of pounds onto the streets, West Midlands Police says, external.
The force said an expert witness in the case called it the biggest drugs customer list he had seen in 25 years.
Steven Narwain, from Sutton Road in Walsall, was the boss - police say he imported drugs from Amsterdam for distribution in the Black Country.
It happened over a 10-month period, with Narwain supported by Barinderpal Malhi and brothers Randip and Hardip Daley.
Narwain admitted conspiracy to supply drugs and possesion of a disguised firearm. At Wolverhampton Crown Court he was jailed for a total of 13 years.
Malhi was handed an eight-year jail term.
Randip Daley admitted conspiracy to supply drugs and was jailed for seven years - the sentence also given to his brother, who was found guilty by a jury.
Footage from people caught in the aftermath shows the "panic" when a school party went wrong.

New technical academies are planned in Warwickshire and Birmingham as part of a £6m plan to help train engineering apprentices.
Warwickshire-based machine tool maker Engineering Technology Group said it was working with bike manufacturer Norton to help train 300 young engineers over the next two or three years.
The companies are hoping to open a total of 15 centres across the UK to train and supply the next generation of engineering apprentices for the British motorcycle industry.
The first facility has just launched at Norton Motorcycles in Castle Donington.
Quote MessageThe current education platform is broken and not relevant to the world we operate in. Instead of bemoaning our luck and lack of support, we’ve decided to do something about it with the launch of our national network."

A juror in the four-month trial of the alleged Three Musketeers terror cell accused of plotting a Lee Rigby-style attack has been discharged - for asking whether a police officer in the case was single.
The Old Bailey trial of four West Midlands men was halted as Mr Justice Globe was about to finish his summing up and send jurors out to begin deliberating verdicts.
He told the remaining jury members the female juror was discharged after she was overheard asking a court usher about the marital status of a policeman who had been criticised by the defence during proceedings.
The judge said the inquiry was made "jokingly" and did not come at the behest of another jury member who said she found the officer "attractive". That juror said she would remain true to her oath, the judge said.
Naweed Ali, 29, and Khobaib Hussain, 25, both of Sparkhill in Birmingham and Stoke-on-Trent men Mohibur Rahman, 32, and Tahir Aziz, 38, have denied preparing terrorist acts.
