The woman who's set up a mannequin at the side of the road to encourage people to slow down on rural roads says it's not a distraction to drivers.
Julia Askew put up the mannequin, called Betty, along with a sign reminding motorists of the speed limit, in the village of Aston Ingham, near Ross-on-Wye.
She believes the mannequin and sign are helping slow drivers down, and denies accusations they are distracting drivers.
