The car in which she was travelling in left the road outside Moat Farm, Hospital Lane in Bedworth at around 05:53.
Fire crews had to use hydraulic cutting equipment to free her.
There's a chance of more snow today as the Met Office issues a yellow warning, external for Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.
A band of rain, heavy at times, is expected to move eastwards and with cold air in place, a spell of snow will develop.
Most snow will fall over higher ground but it's possible up to 3cm (1.1in) will fall in lower areas too.
Resources at a fire at a furniture storage unit in Smethwick are being scaled down.
The blaze on Cranford Street, Smethwick started on Thursday evening with it taking more than 10 hours to bring under control.
Around 40 firefighters worked overnight to stop the fire spreading to another building and nearby lorries.
Fire investigators will now look into the cause.
Flooding is possible around the rivers Avon, Blythe, Leam and Itchen in Warwickshire, the Environment Agency warns.
Also affected are the Burton and the Tame in Staffordshire.
Flood warnings on the Avon at Wyre Piddle & Strensham and the Stour in Worcestershire have been downgraded to flood alerts.

It's been snowing in Staffordshire where the A53 Leek Road is closed in both directions between Flash Bar and Thorncliff Road.
The A537 Cat & Fiddle is also impassable between Bull-Hill-Lane and A54 for Buxton.
