    The 19-year-old was found with stab wounds at an address in Willows Road, Walsall after police were called at about 01:45.

    The teenage victim is yet to be named - the scene was cordoned off for forensic investigations.

    We start by bringing you the news Carillion has announced it is taking steps to enter voluntary liquidation, threatening thousands of jobs.

    The Wolverhampton-based construction company said talks over the weekend to secure short-term financial support for the business failed.

    "The board of Carillion has therefore concluded that it had no choice but to take steps to enter into compulsory liquidation with immediate effect," a statement said

    Philip Green, chairman of Carillion, says: "This is a very sad day for Carillion, for our colleagues, suppliers and customers that we have been proud to serve over many years."
